•    The annual Clark / Cowlitz Farm Bureau Scholarship is intended to encourage higher education of our active voting members and their children. In 2010, a minimum of two $500 scholarships will be awarded.

•    Applicant must have completed two years as an active voting member in good standing and be current on dues, or be a dependent child of such a member.

•    Member or applicant must have attended at least 2 Farm Bureau meetings or activities in the last 12 months, or at least 1 meeting per year for the last 3 years.

Examples of some acceptable activities include: State Convention, National Convention, Legislative Days, General Membership Meetings, Annual Picnic, Membership Drive, Women’s Convention.

•    Personal interview may be required.

•    Scholarship applications will be reviewed and candidates will be selected by the Scholarship Committee. Winning applicants will be notified when final decisions have been reached.

•     Application and all supporting documentation must be received by midnight of April 30, 2011.
